River North had a celebratory Halloween themed bar crawl for those who love fun and spooky events. The bar crawl started at 7PM and ended at 11:30 and there were over 15 bars in the River North area that were a part of the halloween extravaganza.  You had to purchase a wristband for $40 and with that you were allowed to drink and eat at the included bars! Three bars had unlimited buffets for those who needed to stock up on food before diving into a crazy drinking bender for the night. The food was absolutely delicious! Moe’s Cantina had their traditional Mexican style cuisine, Old Crow had barbecue and Bar Louie had an Italian flare. The bar crawl was super fun and really easy since each of the bars were located within a 0.5 mile radius of each other. Everyone was in costume and towards the end of the bar crawl, there was a costume contest…unfortunately I did not win.
